At Shellstone Developers we have designed and constructed of a range of beautiful bespoke properties including luxury beach villas and contemporary houses – all of which have been built to UK government building  regulation standards which achieve top energy-efficiency ratings, and also to Miami Dade County standards which are to US hurricane standard guidelines. These ‘green’ credentials mean a lower utility bill for householders and a big tick from local planners.

As a reliable and extremely competent team, we are also happy to construct residential buildings in line with plans previously drawn up by a client’s chosen architect. For prospective house owners who haven’t yet approached an architect but have an idea of what their bespoke home should look like, then we will happily consult in detail and arrange to bring in our own designers. Provided the client is keen to move forward with the build we can then produce plans for further discussion and debate.

As well as constructing properties from scratch, at Shellstone Developers we are also happy to work with clients in order to help them get the most from their existing home. We are aware that it is not always possible to afford to step up the property ladder to a larger home. Because of this we enjoy helping to solve our client’s problems by, for instance, recommending they erect a new extension, convert an attic into a bedroom with en-suite, or renovate a basement area to provide a new contemporary kitchen and open plan living area. We can then undertake the works ourselves or advise on who can.
