The business started with house conversions, but now concentrates on new build construction and project management of new developments. The company is Cornish based and use local skilled tradesmans and artisans. In their pursuit of experience and quality they spent five years working on a luxury villa construction in Grenada and construction consultants for a complex of luxury holiday apartments on the island of St Kitts & Nevis. They are now  solely based in Cornwall.
